The town called “EUFEMIA” is a town that trades in stories and memories.
Maurilia Street (also known as “Silver Cat Street”) in EUFEMIA’s old town is lined with unique shops and facilities created by various artists; each of their stories takes place without being bound by time on a single street.

【About GraphicomiX】
The expression “GraphicomiX” means a “mix” of strikingly beautiful illustrations (“graphic”) with stories and manga (“comic”). It is the name given to a collection of full-color comics and illustrations in which emerging artists depict their own unique worldviews.

◆Hiromi Matsuo
Hiromi Matsuo is an illustrator. Her debut manga “Waltz of department store” (a Jitsugyo no Nihon Sha publication) published in 2016 was a big hit. Since then, her illustrations, which are created with an outstanding sense of color, refined composition, attention to detail, and a stylish sensibility, have gained popularity and acclaim as “”strikingly beautiful”, with special exhibitions held at numerous art museums and events. Hiromi Matsuo won the Grand Prize (Manga Category) at the Japan Cartoonists Association Awards with “MAGAZINE RONDO” (Jitsugyo no Nihon Sha) published in 2022. Her range of activities is also expanding to include collaborations on products such as fans, women’s shoes, scarves, and merchandise for anime and popular musicians. ◆Kotteri!
Kotteri! is an illustrator who creates a stylish atmosphere with bold, flowing lines and compositions and sophisticated word choices.
This work “Veil” was selected as a recommended work by the jury of the 24th Japan Media Arts Festival (Manga Division) organized by the Ministry for Cultural Affairs.
“Veil” has also attracted attention overseas as a double Daruma Award winner of “LA MEILLEUR DESSIN” (“Best Illustration”) and “LA MEILLEURE FABRICATION” (“Best Book Design”) awards at Japan Expo held in Paris, France in 2023.
