Illustrator: Karin Kano is from Ehime Prefecture, Japan. She is a graduate of Tokyo Zokei University who majored in sculpture. She vividly depicts animals and nature. She won the 6th Be Picture Book Award with “Ironna Omen” (“Many Masks”).
