【Artist Profile】
Heisuke Kitazawa is an illustrator and artist. After living in America for 16 years, he returned to Japan and began working as an illustrator. Kitazawa has provided illustrations for a wide range of areas, including numerous book covers, packaging and products. Authored works include “Unicorn Letter Story” (Shueisha/Home-sha), “Hige ga nagasugiru neko” (The Cat with Whiskers that Were Too Long”) (Kodansha), “Yukai yokai noto” (“Fun Yokai Notebook”) (Shogakukan), “Rucola no chiisana sagashimonoyasan” (Rucola’s Little Shop of Hidden Things) (Hakusensha), “The Current / Kitazawa Heisuke Collected Works” (Genkosha), and more.
