Senbon Umishima is active as an animator, illustrator and manga artist. Umishima was character designer and chief animation director for anime works such as the TV anime Black Bullet and was responsible for image boards, etc. for the film Suzume. Umishima’s published works include A Bouquet of a Thousand Flowers and Rooms (both published by PIE International).
